Are the outfits new?
The outfits are either new or in ‘like-new’ condition. We want to offer you exceptional quality service and the most fashionable outfits. To do so, we change our inventory very often and we never rent the outfits out more than 10-15 times.
What if the outfit doesn’t fit?
If the outfit doesn’t fit, simply contact us and we will refund you the full amount immediately. We will also make sure to send you a different size of the same outfit. If this specific outfit is not available in a different size, we will find an alternative outfit for you at the right size. In any case, we will make sure that you have something fabulous to wear.
What if I accidentally damage an outfit?
Worry not! We’ ve got you covered. Any minor damages are covered by our insurance company. For your peace of mind, when you go to the check out, you always pay GBP 5 extra for the insurance of the outfits. However, in case you completely damage or lose the items, you will have to pay for their replacement. Please see our terms and conditions.
How long is a rental?
You have the option to rent the outfits for 5 or 10 days.
Can I extend my rental?
Unless the outfits are reserved by someone else, you can ask to extend the rental period by sending us an e-mail.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order anytime as long as the status of your order is ‘processing’. After dispatching, you can no longer cancel the order.
When will my card be charged?
Your card will be charged automatically when you place your order and choose to pay by card. If you choose to pay by PayPal and you don’t complete your payment within 1 hour, the order will be cancelled automatically. You can also select to pay upon delivery if you wish.
When should I place my order?
You should always place your order at least 2-3 days prior to your event. Please keep in mind that we do NOT offer same day delivery during the weekend. Any orders placed during the weekend will be reviewed on Monday morning. On all other days and for selected areas, you can choose same day delivery but you need to place your order until 2 p.m. Orders received after 2 p.m. will be delivered the day after.

What time will my order arrive?
As soon as you place your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail and we will let you know about the delivery time on the selected date. And don’t forget! If you happen to be in Athens or London, you can enjoy free same day delivery within 3 hours! Please note that for same delivery, you need to place your order before 2 pm.
How do I return my order?
Sit back an relax. We will come and pick up the outfit from your place on the agreed date. Keep the box and just put the clothes/bags in the provided laundry bag! Also, make sure to give us the right contact details as we will call you or send you an e-mail the day before to set up the pick up time.
What if my order ends on a Sunday or holiday?
For your convenience, we deliver and collect the outfits normally on Sundays and holidays. Although, keep in mind that we don’t offer same day delivery during the weekend and holidays. Delivery and collection is available during the weekend or holidays granted that the orders have been placed in advance.
Do you ship internationally?
Not at the moment.
Late Fee Policy
Please note that in case you fail to return the outfit on the agreed date, you will be charged normally for the extra days and you will also have to pay a penalty fee of 10% on the rental price.
